Beacon House: The Program
The Beacon House program
has its foundation in viewing each resident as an individual with unique needs for success in recovery. The Beacon House program
is tailored to meet their needs along with the requirements of referring agencies, to achieve the goal of clean and sober
living in a community setting. The Beacon House program has the following components:
~ Commitment to a clean and sober
life
~ Documented recovery meeting attendance
~ Random urine drug/screen breathalyzer
~ Resident-selected mandatory
in-house meeting requirements
~ Time-limited home safety (curfew)
~ Expectation of following through on all treatment
requirements (i.e. IOP, Courts, Probation)
~ Daily Reporting if appropriate
~ Establishment of new credit through
lease signing

Beacon House: The Property
Beacon House
apartments, nestled in a quiet eastside community, consists of 24 spacious 2 bedroom apartments. Each newly furnished and
carpeted apartment features central AC, a fully functioning kitchen, stocked with cookware, flatware, dishes, and glasses.
Other amenities include gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator all encased in oak cabinets, and a 25" Color T.V..
Each living room is accented by sliding glass doors which open to a patio or deck and provide an abundance of natural light.
